Certified dream boat Zac Efron has been revealing the processes and effects of him putting on a whopping 18 pounds in weight to hunk up for his latest role in the film 'The Lucky One.' Efron first came to prominence as the slightly weedy but nevertheless handsome looking kid in Disney's 'High School Musical,' a phenomenally successful franchise that put him on the map for good. Now 24 though, Efron has matured into a genuine heart throb for all ages to enjoy and he told Men's Health magazine how his body transformation made him feel.
"By the end of the movie I didn't recognise myself. You hear about guys like Christian Bale who dive into it and are really able to transform," Efron told the magazine, continuing "I could pick up almost anything. If you put it in front of me, I could always find a way to tackle it. [While training for The Lucky One] I'd get this strange sense of power as those weights increased. I was never a natural at anything, but I could always outwork everybody."
