Rapper Young Buck had police arrive as uninvited guests to his birthday party early yesterday morning (16MAR05), when hundreds of revellers seeking access to the Tennessee venue became rowdy.

Shotgun-carrying security guards at Nashville's The Trap nightclub called police when 700 people gathered outside tried to rush the building - approximately 30 officers responded.

Three people were arrested on minor charges, but there were no reports of injuries.

The G-Unit rapper had rented out the club to perform at his birthday party.

Police Lieutenant CALVIN HULLETT says he tried to get Young Buck, real name DAVID DARNELL BROWN, to help restore order, but the rapper refused.

Hullett says some people used a microphone to urge people to enter the club and "trash it" as it was being closed.

The Nashville native recently pleaded innocent to charges of stabbing a man during a fight at November's (04) Vibe Awards in Los Angeles.
