Rapper Young Buck has walked free from jail after serving time for tax evasion and weapons charges.
The former G-Unit star, real name David Brown, began an 18-month sentence in a Mississippi prison in August, 2012 after federal agents discovered a gun at his Tennessee mansion during a bankruptcy raid in 2010.
He was recently rumoured to be released in late November (13), but Young Buck appeared to regain his freedom on Tuesday (01Oct13) and wasted no time in sharing a picture of himself on his Twitter.com blog, alongside the caption, "Fresh out!"
Another tweet read: "I'm officially a free man!!!"
The hip-hop star had another reason to celebrate - last month (Sep13) a bankruptcy judge wiped out reported debts of more than $10 million (£6.7 million) to his former label boss 50 Cent and executives at G-Unit Records' parent company Universal Music Group as part of his court filing. The In Da Club hitmaker was demanding the sum over a contract dispute.
