Rapper Young Buck is set to lose one of his luxury cars as creditors prepare to seize his property to help pay off his debts.
The former G-Unit member's money troubles hit the headlines last summer (Aug10) when Internal Revenue Service (IRS) agents raided his Tennessee home and took a number of his most valuable assets after he allegedly failed to pay $300,000 (£200,000) in taxes.
He successfully managed to halt the authorities auctioning off his items in October (10) after his bankruptcy lawyer agreed a payment plan with the government.
But bank bosses at Wells Fargo in Tennessee filed legal documents last Friday (07Jan11) demanding the right to seize Buck's 2002 BMW X5 after he missed several monthly repayments in the finance loan, amounting to more than $5,000 (£3,330).
A decision will be made by a judge in Nashville on 31 January (11), reports the Wall Street Journal.
