Wilco's YANKEE HOTEL FOXTROT has beaten albums by Arcade Fire and Radiohead to head a serious new music poll to find the best releases of the past decade.
The band led the Readers' Poll in Paste magazine and finished second behind Sufjan Stevens' Illinois in the publication's Best of the Decade list, compiled by writers and editors.
Stevens also made the Readers' Poll top five, coming in at five behind Radiohead's In Rainbows. Radiohead's Kid A was voted third.
Meanwhile Outkast's Hey Ya! beat Kelly Clarkson's Since U Been Gone to top the magazine's Singles We Could All Agree On list. Young Folks by Peter, Bjorn & John was third with Gnarls Barkley's Crazy and Paper Planes by M.I.A. rounding out the top five.
