Singer Whitney Houston's money battle with her late father's company is over, after a judge decided JOHN HOUSTON's partner has no claims to cash the singer allegedly owed her family.

Houston died last year (03) still fighting his daughter for the $100 million (GBP55.5 million) he claimed she owed his company.

But a New Jersey judge has now thrown out the lawsuit - because John Houston is dead and his business partner Kevin Skinner hasn't shown the court he has a legal case.

A disappointed Skinner, who has been called "a celebrity parasite" by Whitney's legal team, says, "I think the strategy was to stall."
