Victoria Beckham has joined her husband David for a bums and tums class in a public gym and is said to have worked hard with encouragement from her beau.
Victoria Beckham joined her husband David for a ''gruelling'' workout in a public gym on Monday (22.01.14).
The former Spice Girls star and her ex-soccer star husband shunned their home workout studio for a tough class at 6am, where she is said to have worked ''really hard'' on her fitness.
A source revealed: ''Victoria worked really hard. It's incredibly gruelling - one long class consisting of various body weight exercises like press ups, squat thrusts and burpees, plus treadmill sprints and hellish abs moves.''
The 39-year-old fashion designer was encouraged throughout the class by her spouse, but the pair didn't insist on any special treatment.
The source added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: ''David was chatting to her intermittently but other than this, the couple just kept their heads down and gritted it out.''
Victoria - who has children Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 12, eight-year-old Cruz, and two-year-old Harper with David - is not the hunky sportsman's only gym partner.
Last week, it was revealed he had been attending classes with director pal Guy Ritchie.
