Victoria Beckham has admitted she prefers to go to the shops herself and stocks up on collagen pills and bee pollen.
Victoria Beckham loves supermarket shopping.
The former Spice Girls singer - who has children Brooklyn, 15, Romeo, 11, Cruz, nine, and Harper, two, with husband David Beckham - prefers to pick up groceries herself as she knows that way she will get the specific products she likes.
She told British VOGUE magazine: ''I like going to the supermarket myself. I'm not saying I go all the time but then, you know, you're going to get exactly what you want.''
The 40-year-old star is careful about what she eats, but stopped her vegan diet - which involved no animal products - as she felt she lacked energy.
She said: ''I was vegan for over a year but I just felt like I didn't have the energy that you need.''
While Victoria enjoys grocery shopping, there are other household chores she won't do.
She said: ''I don't ever do the washing up.''
As well as watching her diet, Victoria also takes a number of supplements to keep looking youthful, including collagen pills and bee pollen.
She said: ''[Bee pollen has] 22 amino acids, 12 vitamins, 28 minerals. And please don't write that I'm completely mad - we can't have wrinkles.
''I've been to LA, I've got the vitamins and the collagen pills. And I need a lot of energy to be buzzing about.''
