Victoria Beckham has said that she is performing Spice Girl routines at her Los Angeles home ahead of the girl power group's world tour in December.
Posh Spice wrote in a blog on the fab five's website that husband David Beckham and her children had been amused by her occasional bursts into song and dance in the house.
She said: "David and the boys have been laughing at me because Ive been wandering around the house listening to my iPod and practising the routines. We are including some parts of the old routines but bringing them up to date a bit."
The 33-year-old singer added that she was excited that her children Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz would have the chance to see their mother perform live.
"My boys are so excited about the tour, they can't wait and I'm really looking forward to them seeing me up on stage. I just hope I don't get over emotional when I see them!," she added.
The fashion diva stated that rehearsals for the band's routines were going well and that designer Roberto Cavalli was creating their costumes for the tour.
Writing about the band's busy schedule ahead of their first live show in Vancouver in December, Beckham said the group would perform at the Victoria's Secret fashion show in Los Angeles and are set to appear on television screens in the UK tomorrow for the BBC's Children in Need day.
