Victoria Beckham's dreams of living in the U.S permanently are on shaky ground - she's terrified of the regular earthquakes on the west coast.
The former Spice Girl and her soccer superstar husband David moved to California from Britain in 2007 after the sports hero joined Los Angeles' Galaxy soccer team.
The couple wants to stay in the country for the long-run, because their three young sons love the laidback L.A. lifestyle.
But the family's American dream could be thrown into turmoil due to the singer's fears of the tremors that occur regularly on quake hotspot the Newport-Inglewood Fault - which lies near her home.
And the star has even had sessions in a earthquake simulator to try to get used to the movements, according to Britain's Daily Mail newspaper.
A source tells the publication, "Victoria and the boys had a lesson in a simulator when she moved to L.A., but she didn't realise the tremors would be so regular... She's definitely having second thoughts about staying there long-term."
