Usher has announced his first headline European tour in four years.

The 35-year-old 'Climax' hitmaker will bring 'The UR Experience' tour to Europe, the UK and Ireland in February next year and is promising a show full of ''surprises and special guests'' for his fans.

He said: ''With 'The UR Experience', I want to give my fans an ever-changing live show full of surprises and special guests.

''I am really excited to be with my fans and give them an Usher experience like they've never seen or heard before.''

The singer will tour Europe first, starting in Montpellier, France before travelling to Stockholm, Copenhagen and Amsterdam amongst others.

For the UK and Ireland leg, Usher - who has had four UK #1 singles - will visit nine cities including Glasgow, Dublin and Manchester, before ending this leg of his tour at the famous O2 Arena in London.

Fans can look forward to a set from special guests, Nico & Vinz and the 'Yeah' hitmaker is expected to surprise fans by taking a fresh approach to some of his most popular songs.

The tour will also showcase some of the music from his forthcoming eighth studio album.

Tickets for the tour go on sale from this Friday (03.10.14).
