Usher has scored his third number one album with the third best sales week of the year (10).
The R&B star's Raymond v Raymond has ended Justin Bieber's stint on top of the Billboard 200 thanks to opening week sales of 329,000.
Usher last topped the album chart in 2008 with Here I Stand.
He is also expected to debut new song OMG high on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart when the countdown is released on Thursday (08Apr10).
Bieber's My World 2.0 falls to two and the Now That's What I Call Music 33 compilation rounds out the top three.
The fuss about Erykah Badu's controversial music video for Window Seat has helped shoot the R&B star into the top five; her album New Amerykah, Part Two: Return of the Ankh debuts at four.
In the promo, Badu removes her clothing while walking around a crowded Dallas, Texas street. She has been charged with disorderly conduct for the striptease.
