R+B hunk Usher has revealed the secret to his great shape in the new issue of America's MEN'S HEALTH magazine - meditation and stretching.

The Yeah?! singer kicks off three hour training sessions with 20 minutes of meditation and 30 minutes of "static stretching."

He then spends 90 minutes working out on cardiovascular machines, 10 minutes concentrating on his famous abdominals and he always tops off his routine with a 15 minute steam before he takes a cold shower.
