Hollywood actress Uma Thurman is vying to show off her singing skills in the forthcoming remake of The Producers, despite rumours she may be dubbed.

The PULP FICTION star, 34, admits she is better on the dancefloor than crooning on stage, but doesn't believe her voice is so bad that film producers need to arrange for a professional to sing her character ULLA's vocals.

Thurman tells the NEW YORK POST newspaper, "I can dance, and now I'm calling myself a passable singer because they haven't talked about overdubbing me yet.

"I sang with an orchestra for the first time the other day, and it was wonderful. I'm having more fun than I've ever had in my entire life."
