One-time Digital Underground star Ron Brooks insists it was only a matter of time before alleged sex tape footage of himself and former bandmate Tupac Shakur leaked online.
News of the 1991 video began circulating online earlier this month (Oct11). The footage allegedly features Shakur topless at a house party, dancing with his pants down as a female groupie pleasures him orally.
Brooks, aka Money-B, also appears in the clip, drinking and smoking marijuana with the late star as the unidentified woman performs the sex act to the sounds of an unreleased Shakur track.
Confirming the existence of the sex tape, he tells Tmz.com, "I didn't know who had it, but I knew it was out there, so I'm not surprised."
The person in possession of the video is currently fielding offers for its sale and has reportedly received a bid for $1 million (£625,000) from a drinks owner interested in using the song in the tape as his company's theme tune.
However, the deal is expected to face a legal challenge from the executors of Shakur's estate - they have vowed to sue anyone who attempts to sell the alleged sex tape.
Shakur was killed in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas in 1996, aged 25.
