The estate of Travis Barker's best friend, who perished in a 2008 jet crash, has settled a wrongful death lawsuit with the companies allegedly held responsible for the tragedy.
Barker and his bandmate Adam Goldstein escaped the fireball wreckage of the plane, which crashed after failing to take off from an airfield in South Carolina, but two of their friends and the two pilots were killed.
And now the wife of Barker's pal Chris Baker has settled her legal battle with Clay Lacy Aviation, Goodyear Tire and Rubber and Learjet.
The Learjet which crashed was reportedly overloaded and it skidded over the runway after a tyre burst.
According to documents obtained by TMZ.com, the companies have paid out more than $12 million (GBP7.5 million) to Baker's widow Otilia and her three-year-old son Sebastian.
