Tori Spelling has lost 45 pounds since giving birth in August.
The former 'Beverly Hills 90210' star - who welcomed her fourth child Finn Davey after spending the last four months of her pregnancy in and out of hospital on bed rest - claims she will always be in ''awe'' of her body after her traumatic pregnancy and delivery, which also saw her undergo emergency surgery three weeks later, and took her time to lose weight.
The 39-year-old actress turned reality TV star told Us Weekly magazine: ''The last thing on my mind was getting my body back.''
Tori, who gained a total of 30 pounds during her pregnancy, lost an additional 15 pounds, brining her current weight down to 115 pounds.
She said: ''I feel like I took off the weight safely, and I'm totally happy here.''
Despite her toned stomach, the blonde beauty insisted she didn't put any stress on her body because she can't do sit-ups or lunges for at least a year following her surgery.
She said: ''I think my stomach went back pretty well.''
Tori - who also shares three other children, Liam Aaron, five, Stella Doreen, four, and Hattie Margaret, 19 months, with her husband Dean McDermott - was diagnosed with potentially-fatal placenta previa, a condition where the placenta covers the cervix and causes internal bleeding, 20 weeks into her pregnancy with Finn.
