The 42-year-old actress was hit with a federal tax lien for $707,487.30 (£534,941.88) in unpaid taxes for 2014, according to documents obtained by TMZ.com.
The couple is already facing a barrage of unpaid bills, and was also slapped with another tax bill from officials in the State of California in early July (16) for $259,108.23 (£195,915.66), also related to earnings in 2014.
It's the latest financial problem for the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star as she is also being sued by American Express executives over a hefty, outstanding credit card bill. The mother-of-four reportedly racked up debts of almost $38,000 (£28,730) on her card, but she has allegedly failed to make any payments since last summer (15).
According to TMZ.com, Spelling attempted to pay $1,070 (£810) towards her balance in June, 2015, but the funds did not go through. American Express officials filed a lawsuit back in January (16) demanding immediate full repayment, including interest.
Meanwhile, Tori's mother Candy Spelling, widow of multi-millionaire TV producer Aaron Spelling, insists that although she is helping her daughter with her living expenses, she will not pay off her debts.
"I've been helping her out, I'm paying all her bills now," the TV personality told TMZ.com earlier this year (16). "I'm not paying extras like that (credit card bill), I'm not paying any back payments, just for the house and the kids' school and the food that's all."
A representative for the couple has yet to comment on the new tax report.
