Tori Spelling is so devastated at missing out on the role of amoral temptress ROXIE HART in Broadway musical Chicago - she is planning to snap up the part in London's West End production instead. Spelling lost out to BIANCA MARROQUIN in the New York stage smash, but she is reportedly moving to the British capital to woo the show's producers across the pond instead, according to British newspaper The Daily Star. She says, "Roxie is a sexy lady with an angelic voice and the heart of a murderous devil. I identify with that."
