Tony Soprano's Chevrolet Suburban SUV and Tom Cruise's Days of Thunder stock car are among the movie memorabilia items that will be auctioned off as part of a two-day sale in August (07). The Sopranos vehicle is expected to fetch between $30,000 (GBP15,000) and $50,000 (GBP25,000) when it goes under the hammer at the Profiles In History auction in Los Angeles on 2 August (07), while bidding on the Cruise car will start at $40,000 (GBP20,000). Other highlighted items at the auction include an original screen-used General Lee car from The Dukes of Hazzard TV show, the original Johnny-Five robot from the films Short Circuit and Short Circuit 2 and Star Wars wookie Chewbacca's head. More controversial sale items include Marilyn Monroe's prescription medication bottles and pillbox and illusionist Harry Houdini's personal Mattatuck Handcuffs.
