Former TAXI star Tony Danza boosted a fan's college presentation on Wednesday (20APR05), when he turned up as her surprise visual aid.

The actor, who turned 54 yesterday (21APR05), joined BETH MURAWSKY, 22, when she was doing an oral presentation in Italian at Michigan's Grand Valley State University identifying him as the Italian-American she admires most.

Murawsky had contacted Danza's TV producers for photographs and biography information. What she didn't know was that the producers contacted her professor and arranged for Danza to show up.

She says, "There was so much going on. I was a little nervous because, what if I got my facts wrong?"
