A U.S. judge has thrown former TLC star T-Boz's bankruptcy case out of court after failing to make any attempts to pay off her debts.
The singer, real name Tionne Watkins, filed documents in October (11) at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court after racking up debts of more than $700,000 (£437,500).
But the case was dismissed last week (end05Feb12) because Watkins had not made an effort to try and settle her bills or appear at a creditors' meeting, reports Tmz.com.
The judge has now given her creditors permission to freely go after her assets until she files for bankruptcy again.
However, she will be unable to refile until the end of July (12) at the earliest - because there has to be a 180 day period after the dismissal of the original case before she can try again.
