The Who bandmates Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend used to beat each other up after gigs, while high on drugs and adrenaline. It has been 33 years since they last raised their fists to each other, but Daltrey insists it was an inevitable side-effect of their fired up performances. He says, "You come off stage, four over-testosteroned young guys that have been sweating their b**locks off for two hours. "You're as high as a kite on adrenaline and whatever else you'd been taking that day. No wonder there were a few fights. It would have been amazing if there'd not been."
