The Weeknd has scored a third week atop the Billboard Hot 100 chart in the U.S. as his The Hills keeps Justin Bieber's What Do You Mean? from reclaiming the number one spot. The new chart is heavy with Canadians - five of the top 10 hits are from Bieber and The Weeknd's fellow countrymen. Drake jumps up a spot to make it an all-Canadian top three with Hotline Bling, while The Weeknd's former number one, Can't Feel My Face, falls to four and Shawn Mendes earns his first Hot 100 top 10 with Stitches at nine. Coincidentally, Bieber, The Weeknd, Drake and Mendes all hail from Ontario.
