The Vaccines have announced details of a very special show at The Windmill in Brixton, London on Sunday October 6th 2013.
The show marks a return to the venue where the band played their very first London show in August 2010 in front of 10 people, including Chilli Jesson who would go on to form the Palma Violets.
Tickets for the show are priced at £10 and go on sale at 1pm on Thursday 3rd October via www.windmillbrixton.co.uk/listings/events/6-oct-13-the-vaccines-the-windmill/
The band recently released Melody Calling, an EP featuring 4 brand new tracks not featured on their 2nd album, The Vaccines Come Of Age, which was released in early September 2012. The albumfollowed their Platinum selling, Brit nominated and NME award winning debut, What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?, released in March 2011 through Columbia Records.
Additionally, this summer saw the band appear on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury, play alongside the Rolling Stones in Hyde Park, perform at Bonnaroo & Governor's Ball Festivals in the U.S. and play their biggest U.K headline show to date at London's O2.
