Driven by the kind of tribal disco groove that has seen Bristol become the UK's second city of bass, The Other Tribe have stormed the likes of Bestival, Love Saves The Day and Secret Garden Party, via sold out shows at Koko and Hoxton Bar & Kitchen.
Signed to Sony/Relentless from Black Butter, The Other Tribe's 2012 festival season saw their fanbase explode, and following collaborations with Eats Everything and Kidnap Kid, an unexpected Top 40 hit with the radio anthem, 'Skirts' then brought the Bristol 5-piece to nationwide attention.
Following the release of club track 'Sing With Your Feet', The Other Tribe have been bunkered down at their studio - a barn lost deep in the Bristol countryside - through the winter months distilling their sound and producing the tracks that will make up their debut album due out later this year. In advance of the next 'proper' single, they're giving away new track, 'We Should Be Dancing', as a free download.
The Other Tribe kick off their forthcoming UK tour in London on April 18th at XOYO (just down the road from their sold out Hoxton show last year), and play a string of dates in Brighton, Manchester, Helston in Cornwall, Canterbury, Coventry and beyond, before launching full-swing into the summer festival season.
