"If I had turned 21 and this happened, it would probably have been disastrous, because I was arrogant and over-confident. Getting knocked on my a** a lot was helpful, failing so many times, not really having any outward encouragement, and turning that into self-belief, resilience, persistence, things you can't just acquire overnight but that become who you are and what you're about." The Lumineers frontman Wesley Schultz is grateful he worked hard for the band's success.
