The 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' reunion show has proved to be full of the same amount of awkwardness and contempt that we've come to expect from this kind of reality show where too many ambitious and looks-centred women are put together for our viewing pleasure.

Despite her previous problems with Teresa Giudice in season 3, her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga was quick to jump to her defence when Caroline Manzo tells her that she no longer wishes to be friends with Teresa anymore; a statement that Melissa branded as reminding her of being back in high school. And she wasn't the only one who thought so! Caroline's sister Dina Manzo also insisted that her behaviour was less than grown-up: 'You didn't do anything to my sister to really hurt her so to me it's kind of silly', she said. Caroline and her sister-in-law Jacqueline Laurita (who doesn't get on well with Teresa for similar reasons) were therefore not invited to Teresa's launch party for her new sparkling wine, Fabellini.

Dina was invited on the other hand, and it looked as though she may be severing ties with her sister for good before she showed up at Caroline's radio show along with some other family members and friends where Caroline was presenting an advice show; an unsuccessful venture when she received no callers and had to find other ways to pass the time she was allocated. However, the unusual sudden sisterly bond was apparently taken out of context according to Dina who later Tweeted: 'I'm not even going to bother tweeting anymore. I begged them not to be mic'd but was there to support her because she always supports me.'
