The Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood regular, who was once signed to Jay Z's Roc-A-Fella Records, had used the Uber car service app to get a ride after a lunch outing, but she reportedly became embroiled in a fight with the driver after he declined to lend her his phone charger.

The driver claims Mari hit him and grabbed the charger anyway, prompting him to pull the car over and ask her to get out.

According to TMZ.com, she refused, so the driver called police, before performing a citizen's arrest for battery and theft.

When cops arrived, they allegedly found the charger in Mari's purse.

Mari has since disputed the allegations, insisting she never tried to steal the charger and only "tapped" the driver after he began treating her like a "f**king prostitute".

It is not yet known if she will face criminal charges for the incident.
