Comeback pop duo Tatu have blasted the media's obsession with focusing on their alleged lesbian relationship, because people should only be interested in their music.

Russian beauties Julia Volkova and LENA KATINA - who capitalised on their reputation by kissing and fondling each other in their videos and live shows when they rocketed to fame last year (03) - are eager to ditch rumours they're lesbian lovers, but insist the record-buying public shouldn't care whether they're straight or gay.

Julia says, "We're not lesbians, we just love each other. Firstly, you should see the artist, and not whether it's lesbian love, or gay. If I hear a song on the radio, I go and buy the CD, and that's all, it doesn't matter."
