The St. Trinian's star filed paperwork to end her second marriage to the PayPal and Tesla Motors founder in March (16) and they reached a divorce settlement in October (16) as they had a pre-nuptial agreement in place.

A judge has now signed legal documents to officially dissolve their divorce, according to According to the prenup, the actress receives a lump sum payment if she waives all support. The amount has been not specified.

Riley and Musk, 45, ended their first union in 2012 after only 18 months of marriage. They reconciled and got hitched again in July, 2013, but Musk sought another divorce on New Year's Eve in 2014. They reunited and dismissed the divorce, until March (16) when Riley filed her own papers.
