The star, who is married to singer Alicia Keys, sparked an online frenzy last week (28May13) when he posted a series of snaps on his Instagram.com page showing him at the artist's studio in England as Hirst created one of his iconic spin paintings.
Beatz, real name Kasseem Dean, has now spoken out about the collaboration, hinting the project is bigger than the four photos revealed, but he insists he can't divulge the top secret details.
He tells Complex.com, "I'm not really allowed to say anything. I got myself in trouble with posting them damn pictures; I don't even wanna talk... It's something bigger than the pictures. A picture says a thousand words. It will be better to hear about it from (Hirst), because he's the superstar in (the art) world, not me. I'm a student. When the time is right, he will speak on everything...
"I'm grateful that he embraced somebody like myself from South Bronx and has shown so much love. I'm just happy to be a student, happy to be a friend, and happy to even be in his presence."
