The romance reports surfaced after the Hollywood star was spotted walking arm-in-arm with Frank during a boxing match at the Barclays Center in New York City.

However, Susan's spokesperson is adamant the pair is just good friends after working together on Frank's Youth Fighting Forward charity program.

"Susan and Frank have been close friends for a while and work together on Youth Fighting Forward, Frank's boxing program for under-served youth," the representative tells the New York Daily News.

Galarza tells the publication they are "absolutely not" dating, adding, "We are really good friends."

The Thelma & Louise star has been single since splitting from her boyfriend of six years, Jonathan Bricklin, in March (15).

"(I am looking for) somebody who is not gonna find it difficult to be with me and (when) people come up to me and say, 'Oh, I love your work', it won't turn out to be a problem," Susan told U.S. TV show The View about her quest for true love.

"Someone who is really passionate about what they do and they love what they do. Someone who's open and adventurous and travels and has a lot of fun. (Someone who is) spiritual, (it) doesn't have to be religion, exactly..."

Susan previously split from her partner of 23 years, Tim Robbins, in 2009.
