Susan Boyle has proved she is a musical force to be reckoned with after rebounding back to the top of the U.S. albums chart and dethroning Kanye West.
The Scottish singer's second offering, The Gift, shot to number one on the Billboard 200 last month (Nov10) and spent two weeks there before she was toppled by West's new release, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.
But a surge in sales has seen Boyle regain her chart crown this week (begs06Dec10), ahead of Taylor Swift's Speak Now at two.
Ten-year-old opera sensation Jackie Evancho debuts her Christmas disc at three, while the cast of Glee scores a seasonal hit at number four and rounds out the top five with the latest offering in its soundtrack series.
Elsewhere in the top 10, the Black Eyed Peas' The Beginning enters at six, and previous high-flyers West and Nicki Minaj (Pink Friday) slip to numbers seven and eight, respectively.
