Scottish singing sensation Susan Boyle has pulled out of a tour performance for a "one off rest day," just weeks after seeking medical treatment for exhaustion.
The 48 year old took the world by storm with her extensive vocal range on U.K. reality show Britain's Got Talent but her instant rise to stardom proved too much to handle.
Boyle checked herself into the Priory Hospital in London on 31 May (09), the day after she finished second in the reality TV contest.
She recovered and left the facility on 04 June (09).
And officials for Britain's Got Talent - The Live Tour 2009 have stepped in to calm fears she's on the verge of another breakdown, after the singer pulled out of Sunday night's (14Jun09) performance in Manchester, England.
Representatives for the tour insist Boyle will be back on her feet for the next date in her native Scotland.
The group of talented TV finalists are next scheduled to perform on Monday (15Jun09) in Glasgow.
