Romance rumours have been growing between the ex-soapstar and the former girl-group singer - who have flirted outrageously during their time in the camp - but after a day of teasing Sabrina and trying to get her to admit she fancies Stuart by the other campmates, she provided him a much needed shoulder to cry on, leading him to kiss her on the cheek.
After Stuart had triumphed on the day's Bushtucker challenge with chef Gino D'Acampo, Hollywood Star George Hamilton told him how highly he thought of him.
He said: "I think you have the best shot of winning the whole match. I think it's more important for you to win this show for your career and for your life than the others."
This led Stuart - who lost his father two years ago - to start crying as he quietly made his way from the main camp, followed by Sabrina.
He told her: "I'm missing my dad and something George said to me hit home, George is a poignant man and it caught me for five minutes."
She comforted him saying: "He didn't pass that long ago and you miss him a lot. Wherever he is, he's proud of you, he's looking down and he's with you. When something like that happens, it rocks your world."
He then thanked her for talking with him and gave her a kiss on the cheek.
