Veteran crooner Stevie Wonder is set to hit the road for his first tour in over two decades, according to reports. The blind Superstition star, 57, last went on a major tour in 1986, but has performed at numerous awards ceremonies and events in recent years, including the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania leg of Live 8 in 2005 and the 2006 Super Bowl. But concert promoters Live Nation and Nederlander Concerts claim he is to make "a very, very special announcement" at a Los Angeles news conference on Thursday (02Aug07), where he is expected to reveal a series of tour dates across the U.S. The funk/soul legend released his first album in 10 years, A Time to Love, in 2005.
