Stacy Keibler attended two parties with her new boyfriend Hollywood superstar George Clooney on Saturday night in Toronto, Canada.
The 31-year-old former wrestler accompanied Clooney as the couple attended the Grey Goose Soho House Party as well as Vanity Fair's Toronto Film Festival party. Speaking to Us magazine, a source said "One of the recurring themes of the night was that Stacy had her own conversations going on and that she wasn't following Clooney around like a puppy dog. They were comfortable and affectionate and seemed socially poised as a couple" also adding "The two clearly work not only as a pair, but also independently. [Stacy] really stood on her own. George was not overprotective and didn't have to look after her." Clooney recently broke off his relationship with Italian actress and model Elisabetta Canalis in June after rumours surfaced that she wanted to marry and have children.
Keibler was born in Baltimore and began her career as a model before joining World Championship Wrestling as a member of dance group the Nitro Girls. She later entered the ring and became a wrestler after signing a contract with World Wrestling Federation and managed the tag-team known as The Dudley Boyz. She has also appeared in several television shows and movies, most notably as a contestant on the second series of hit TV show Dancing With The Stars. She is also due to star in comedy Dysfunctional Friends which is set to air later this year (2011).
