Stacey Solomon is wasting no time in getting back to work, following the birth of her second son Leighton. The former X Factor star welcomed her baby-boy just three weeks ago, but is already raring to go on her new album, reports the UK's Sun newspaper.
Though Solomon finished third on the sixth season of The X Factor in 2008, she has yet to release her debut album - which she had been working on before falling pregnant. Stacey says she is going back into the studio next month to finish the record, and will also begin filming the second series of 'The Love MAChine', saying, "I've had a really lovely few weeks off but I'm looking forward to going back to work. I like my independence and to feel I'm providing for my children", adding, "As much as it would be nice to sit at home and cuddle them all day, I want to know that when my boys want to go to university I will be able to pay for that". 'The Love MAChine' is a dating show which premiered on Sky Living HD, with Solomon and radio presenter Chris Moyles as hosts.
The singer added that she's excited about her forthcoming wedding to Leighton's father Aaron Barham, saying, "I want a proper Jewish wedding under the chuppah, with a lovely dress and loads of flowers".
