Reformed pop stars Spandau Ballet have invaded the Cannes International Film Festival to finalise plans for an upcoming documentary about the band.
The 1980s group, who in March (09) announced plans for a comeback tour, jetted into the French Riviera this week (begs18May09) to conduct talks with studio bosses about a film charting their careers.
Songwriter Gary Kemp says, "We've got quite a history and there have been great highs and lows.
"It will be a feature-length documentary with us talking about everything that's happened over the years. We won't shy away from tackling the bad times."
The band will kick off their world trek - their first shows together in 20 years - this autumn (09).
