The Don't Touch My Hair singer has enjoyed huge success with her new album A Seat at the Table, scoring her first U.S. number one on the Billboard 200 album chart, and, on Thursday night (01Dec16), the 30-year-old singer posted a notice on her Saint Heron website, asking talented musicians from the Crescent City, aged 18-35, to help her bring the new music to life.

"Calling all musicians in New Orleans and the surrounding areas!" the notice reads. "We’re in search of vocalists, guitarists and keyboardists... We’re holding auditions for talented instrumentalists and singers to become part of the musical team that helps Solo bring the magic to her fans.

"Details for in-person auditions will be disclosed to those who are selected from the initial submission process.”

Interested musicians are required to send a three minute video to skauditions@gmail.com.

At present the Cranes in the Sky singer is not scheduled to tour, but she is on the line up of Florida's Okeechobee Music & Arts Fest in March (17), and the Primavera Sound Festival at the Parc del Forum, in Barcelona, Spain next May (17).
