The producers of Snoop Dogg's new movie SOUL PLANE were forced to change the 'NWA' logo that appears on a plane in the comedy when bosses at America's NORTHWEST AIRLINES complained it would be confused with their own.

Scriptwriters came up with the 'NWA' idea for the high-flying movie, in which Snoop stars as a pilot, after deciding to pay tribute to Dr Dre's rap supergroup of the same name.

But they forgot that one real airline flew under the banner 'NWA'.

As a compromise, editors added full-stops in among the letters to make sure that N.W.A. wouldn't be confused with Northwestern's logo.
