Badboy rapper Snoop Dogg has shown his compassionate side in spectacular style - by granting a terminally ill fan's final wish of meeting him.

The GIN AND JUICE singer, who was acquitted of murder in 1996, paid for 17-year-old BRANSON WALKER and his family to travel from Ohio to California to attend a taping of his MTV TV show DOGGY FIZZLE TELEVIZZLE.

Charity THE SPECIAL WISH FOUNDATION gave Walker three wishes and his first was to meet Snoop.

He was told that the 30-year-old rapper wasn't available to meet him, before Snoop surprised him by showing up on the Doggy Fizzle Televizzle set.

Snoop says, "I did this because all it is me meeting one of my biggest fans.

"Time is what I have, which is something he doesn't have as much of."

Last June (02), doctors told Walker he had only eight months to live. He is currently awaiting a donor.
