Rap superstar Snoop Dogg is no longer on probation for a 2006 drug arrest - a Los Angeles judge has ended his sentence 11 months early.
The Drop It Like It's Hot hitmaker found himself in trouble with the law after a police search of his car allegedly turned up cocaine, marijuana and a gun following a performance on U.S. TV. He was ordered to be on his best behaviour for 60 months.
But Snoop Dogg no longer has to worry about limiting his lifestyle - on Thursday (26May11), a judge approved the rapper's request for early termination of his probation.
His attorney Donald Etra tells Tmz.com the star is "pleased" about the ruling, although he has not given a reason for the petition.
