Rapper Snoop Dogg has forced a Canadian city to consider changing its concert regulations after he reportedly smoked marijuana onstage there. Complaints were made to the city of Lethbridge in Alberta following a Snoop performance there in January (07). It is alleged he openly smoked the drug during his act and encouraged members of the audience to do the same, reports AllHipHop.com. Lethbridge mayor Bob Tarleck says, "We saw it as a real affront to our community. We saw that as a group of entertainers who thought that they could come in and just ignore - totally ignore - the rules of our community." New guidelines being proposed include asking for a financial bond from performers - a deposit that will only be returned if they behave onstage. Snoop was recently denied entry to the UK and Australia because of previous criminal convictions.
