The hip-hop star's upcoming gigs in San Francisco, California have reportedly been thrown into jeopardy following the theft on Monday night (01Feb16), which occurred while a vehicle containing Snoop's belongings was parked on a street in the city.

According to editors of TMZ.com, the suspects broke a window, and stole laptops and luggage, as well as equipment needed for the rapper's shows.

Snoop is booked to play a number of gigs this week (beg01Feb16), including a set at the city's Regency Ballroom on Tuesday night (02Feb16), as part of the festivities surrounding America's upcoming Super Bowl football extravaganza in nearby Santa Clara.

The Super Bowl will be a showdown between the Carolina Panthers and the Denver Broncos on 7 February (16), and the half-time show will be headlined by British rockers Coldplay.
