Former Smashing Pumpkins star JAMES IHA has ended months of speculation about his part in the group's reunion tour by insisting he won't rejoin the band. The guitarist claims he's too busy working on the independent record label he founded in 2002 after the Pumpkins split to consider dates with former bandmates Billy Corgan and Jimmy Chamberlin. He says, "I'm not part of the current Smashing Pumpkins album or tour, I haven't spoken to Billy in years. I'm writing for a solo record, which I'm going to record this year, and working on my indie label Scratchie Records."
