Slash's estranged wife Perla Ferrar insists she is still friends with the rocker after their break-up and she approves of his new woman.
The former Guns N' Roses star filed for divorce from Ferrar, his wife of 13 years, in December (14) and requested joint custody of their two sons, London and Cash.
The couple separated in June (14), and Slash, real name Saul Hudson, moved in with his rumoured girlfriend, Meegan Hodges, last month (Jan15), celebrating by getting matching tattoos.
Ferrar has now revealed the split was amicable and she hopes the divorce process will be smooth even though they did not sign a pre-nuptial agreement.
She tells Tmz,com, "I don't know how any of that's (the divorce) going to work, I know he's going to do the right thing for me and his children as I would do the right thing to him. Like I said, it's amicable so there's no bad blood, at least not yet!"
Asked what she thinks of her estranged husband's new romance, she replies, "They can do whatever the hell they want to do, whatever... I like her, I think she's a nice woman.... everything's really cool and amicable.
"We had a really long-lasting, loving relationship for a long time, we're best friends, we're business partners and we just want to do what's best for our kids."
Slash and Ferrar wed in 2001, but he filed for divorce in 2010. They reconciled two months later and renewed their vows in 2011.
