Eighties pop star Sinitta has won a feud against her London neighbours, after she was accused of defacing the street they live on by placing air conditioning units outside her home.
The singer, who is a former girlfriend of music mogul Simon Cowell, installed the units without obtaining planning permission from the local council, and her neighbours appealed to officials to have them removed, branding them "ugly, unneighbourly and not environmentally friendly".
The council initially ruled in their favour and ordered Sinitta - real name Sinitta Renet Malone - to remove the units.
But Sinitta appealed the decision and has now had the ruling overturned, allowing her to keep the units in place for a year to test their impact.
However, the 39-year-old has now put the $9 million (GBP4.5 million) property up for sale.
