Last night (May 12th) 17-year-old dog trainer Ashleigh Butler and her mixed breed dog Pudsey wowed the nation as their well rehearsed routine won them this series of Britains Got Talent, however, for the human/canine pair this looks only to be the start of a very illustrious career together. BGT judge Simon Cowell has vowed to them both that he will make Pudsey a star and has promised that he will fly them both to Hollywood and make him the biggest dog on the silver screen.

The pair won the competition with a Mission Impossible themed routine that was enough to beat fellow finalists, the operatic teenager pair Jonathan and Charlotte.

According to The Sun, the mogul plans to bring the pair to Tinseltown in his private jet - and will even have a special kennel installed for Pudsey at his LA mansion so that the dog can kick start his career. Pudsey is a mixture of border collie, bichon frise and a Chinese crested cross.

Cowell had previously spoken of his desire to make fellow finalists Jonathan and Charlotte stars even if they didn't win the final, although no reports have emerged that he has remained true to his word just yet. That said this is Simon Cowell and Simon Cowell is a very busy busy man.
